Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only partial refunds are granted in certain cases, such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

  3. Then contact your bank — processing may be delayed.

Sale or Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item is defective or damaged, you may return it.
You will need to cover the shipping costs upfront.

Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement and reimburse your shipping costs.

We only replace items if they were defective or damaged on arrival.

If the item was marked as a gift or free at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or refunded.


Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If the item value is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
