Delivery options:

Standard delivery: 2–5 days to process, then 3–4 weeks for delivery.
Express delivery: 24h shipping (limited stock). If stock is unavailable, the order defaults to standard delivery and the express shipping fee will be refunded, but not the full order.

Cancellations:
Orders are processed automatically. They cannot be cancelled via email. If you wish to return an item, send it to:

Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued once the return is received.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.

Non-receipt of order:
If you haven’t received your order, contact the shipping carrier (e.g. La Poste, Colissimo) to request a non-delivery certificate, then reach out to us for a replacement.

Credit card data is encrypted. Other data may transit unencrypted for technical processing.
